Tom Marchiole serves as President of Mader Construction, bringing nearly two decades of dedicated service and leadership to the organization. He joined the company in 2008 as an intern from Erie Community College and advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Project Manager before his appointment to President in 2026.
Tom is actively involved in industry leadership and labor management initiatives. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the District Council #4 International Union of Painters and Allied Trades Health and Welfare Fund, as well as the Board of Trustees for the District Council #4 Joint Apprenticeship and Training Council.
A graduate of Royalton–Hartland High School (Class of 1998), Tom continued his education at Erie Community College and the Rochester Institute of Technology, where he studied Construction Management Technology and Civil Engineering. He is a longtime resident of Lockport.
